( 1 ) All offences under sub-section ( 1 ) of section 11, except offences under sub-section ( 2 ) of the said section shall be cognizable and non bailable. ( 2 ) No Court inferior to that of the Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate, First Class, shall try any offence under this Act.
