( 1 ) If the debtor makes a default in the payment of any installments due under the award to any creditor, such creditor may apply in the prescribed form to the Court for execution of the award. ( 2 ) If the Court, on receipt of such application, is satisfied that the debtor has made a default in the payment of the installment, the Court shall transfer the award for execution to the Collector; and thereupon, the Collector shall recover the amount of the installment from the debtor as arrears of land revenue. ( 3 ) If the Court has passed an order for the delivery of possession of any property under clause ( d ) of sub-section ( 3 ) of section 41, such order shall, on such application, be executed by the Court as if it were a decree passed by it.
