The following shall be the other officers of the University, namely :- ( 1 ) the Vice-Chancellor ; ( 2 ) the Registrar ; ( 3 ) Deans of Schools ; ( 4 ) Director-Board of Examinations and Evaluation ; ( 5 ) Director-Board of Research, Innovation, Incubation and Linkages ; ( 6 ) Director-Board of Students Development ; ( 7 ) Director- Knowledge Resource Centre ; ( 8 ) the Finance and Accounts Officer ; ( 9 ) such other officers in the service of the University as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
