Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, after a date (being a date before the date of expiry of this Act), to be notified by the State Government in the Official Gazette , arrangements shall be made by the Collectors concerned to constitute new committees in accordance with the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder, before the expiration of the term of office of the existing committees and administrators, which stands extended during the period this Act is in operation.
