1 [CIVIL JUDGES] 21. Number of subordinate civil court.- There shall be in each district so many Civil Courts subordinate to the District Court as the 2 [ 3 [State] Government], 4 [* * *] shall from time to time direct : 5 [Provided that for special reasons it shall be lawful for the 6 [ 7 [State] Government], at any time to close temporarily any such Subordinate Court].
