Power to appoint District Judge or 2 [Additional District Judge] in one district to be 3 [Joint district Judge] in another district.- The 4 [State] Government may appoint the District Judge or the 5 [Additional District Judge] in any district to be also a 6 [Joint District Judge] in another district. Such 7 [Joint District Judge] may hold his Court and transact civil business at such place or places in either district as he may deem fit.
