Section 1

Short title and commencement.

( 1 ) This Act may be called the City of Mumbai Primary Education, the Maharashtra Primary Education, the Hyderabad Compulsory Primary Education and the Madhya Pradesh Primary Education (Repeal) Act, 2013. ( 2 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July 2013.
