The short titles of the Bombay Acts, enacted before the 1st May 1960, specified in column ( 4 ) of the Schedule appended to this Act shall be amended and shall be deemed to have been amended with effect from the 1st May 1960 to the extent specified in column ( 5 ) of the Schedule.
