( 1 ) This Act may be called the Bombay Separation of Judicial and Executive Functions Act, 1951. ( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the State of Bombay. ( 3 ) It shall come into force on such 1 date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette , specify in this behalf.
