( 1 ) This Act may be called the Bombay Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Act, 1955. ( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the State of Bombay. ( 3 ) It shall come into force on such 1 date as the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette appoints.
