( 1 ) An appeal shall lie from the decision of the Inspector under this Act to the State Government or such officer as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette , appoint in this behalf. ( 2 ) Every such appeal shall be made within 30 days from the date of the decision of the Inspector.]
