( 1 ) This Regulation may be called The Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act (Application to Scheduled Areas) Regulation, 1955. ( 2 ) It extends to the Scheduled Areas specified in the Schedule annexed hereto. ( 3 ) It shall come into force at once.
