( 1 ) Each apartment owner shall be entitled to the exclusive ownership and possession of his apartment 1 [in accordance with the Declaration executed and registered as required by section 2 of this Act]. ( 2 ) Each apartment owner 2 [[shall execute a Deed of Apartment] in relation to his apartment in the manner prescribed for the purpose.
