( 1 ) The Executive Council shall meet once in every two months, or more often as may be considered necessary and on such dates as may be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. All meetings of the Council shall be held at head-quarters of the University, but, with the previous approval of the Chancellor, any meeting may be held at any other place. ( 2 ) When a date has been fixed for the meeting of the Executive Council by the Vice-Chancellor under sub-section ( 1 ), the Registrar shall give notice in writing to the members of the Council of such meeting.
