The University shall furnish to the State Government such statements, returns, accounts, reports and other information as the State Government may, from time to time, require, relating to any grants made by it and shall take such action and furnish such further statements, returns, accounts, reports, or other information relating to utilization of any grants made by the State Government, within such time, and in such manner, as the State Government may, from time to time, direct.
