( 1 ) No person other than the State Government or the Government Agencies as may be notified shall establish and run any Electronic trading platform for trading in agricultural produce without holding a licence under this Act. ( 2 ) Save as provided in sub-section ( 1 ), the State Government or the Government Agencies as may be notified, may establish and run E-trading platform for trading in agricultural produce in the manner as may be prescribed.
