Nothing contained in this Act or the rules, regulation or bye-laws made thereunder except the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to,- ( i ) anything done or any action taken in relation to the Establishment and Management of the National Integrated Produce Market under this chapter or anything done in pursuance thereof; or ( ii ) any person, agency or otherwise.]
