Chairman, Vice-Chairman, members, Secretary and servants of Market Committee to be public servants.

The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, the members, the Secretary and other officers and servants of a Market shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (XLV of 1860).
