( 1 ) The cost of supervision shall be collected by the Market Committee in the same manner in which the fee levied by it under section 31 is collected. ( 2 ) The cost of supervision collected by a Market Committee shall be paid to the State Government in the prescribed manner within a period of fifteen days from the close of the month in which such cost is collected.
