Section 7

Executive Committees and sub-committees of Local Library Authorities

(1) A Local Library Authority may appoint an executive committee consisting of such number of its members, not exceeding seven, as it may deem fit and delegate to such committee all or any of its powers or duties under this Act. (2) A Local Library Authority may also from time to time appoint sub-committees to enquire into and report or advice on any matters which it may refer to them.
