Term of the Sub-Committee - For regular sub-committees the term of the Presiding Officer and the members shall be of one year. The term of Sub- Committees constituted for ad-hoc purpose, shall be decided by the Resolution of the District Planning Committee:- Provided that any member, who ceases to be a member of the District Planning Committee or Member of the body prescribed in section 5 of the Act, shall not continue to be the presiding officer or member of the sub- committee.
