Presiding Officer - While constituting the sub-committee, the Chairperson of the District Planning Committee shall designate a Presiding Officer from amongst the members nominated to the sub- committee to chair the proceedings of the Sub-committee. In the absence of the Presiding Officer, the Sub-committee may elect one of the nominated members to conduct the meeting.
