Appointment of officers, etc. and their conditions of service - (1) The Central Warehousing Corporation may appoint such officers and other employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of the functions. (2) Every person employed by the Central Warehousing Corporation under this Act shall be subject to such conditions of services and shall be entitled to such remuneration as may be determined by regulations made by the Corporation under this Act.
