The rate of duty shall be calculated as if the electricity is supplied by Distribution Licensee. Electricity sold or supplied by Generating company, Producer and Captive Generating Plant to any other consumer in the State For the electricity consumed by Captive Generating Plants, Producers or Generating Companies for their auxiliary consumption and for their own consumption. Explanation.—For the purposes of this Schedule— 5 paise per unit The rate of duty shall be same as if the electricity is supplied by the Distribution Licensee to that consumer. 15 percent of the tariff which would have been applicable if the electricity is supplied by Distribution Licensee. HIGH TENSION CONSUMER Mines 40 Cement Industry and Captive 15 Mines of Cement Industry. Stone Crusher (Stone 15 aggregates-Gitti, Gitta, Bajri). Other Industry not included in 9 serial No. 7 to 9. For any other class consumer 15 not included in serial No. 7 to 10.
