Levy of rent by the Ramlila Fair Committee.- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Municipal Act or any other law for the time being in force in the Bhilsa Ramlila Area, the Bhilsa Ramlila Fair Committee may, during the period of the fair which shall be notified by the Government in the Gazette levy such rent for the land comprised in the said area as may be specified in the bye-laws to be framed by the said Committee with the approval of the Government.
