36A. Aluminium profiles / extrusions This amendment shall be deemed to have come into force from 1st April, 2006, subject to the following conditions, namely:- (1) if amount of tax at higher rate has been deposited in the treasury, the amount shall not be refunded, and / or (2) if amount of tax has been collected at higher rate and has not been deposited in the treasury, the amount shall have to be deposited in the treasury. 13. 4 5 (from 01- 08-2009) 20 4
