This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Upkar. (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2016. or 2. In Section 3 of the Madhya Prade4i Upkar Acihiniyam,i1981 (No. 1 of 1982): in sub- section :1), after clause (b), the following new clause shall .be.inseried, namelY :— "(c).Every person other than electricity distribution licensee, who is not covered under clauses (a) and (b) and who consumes electrical energy within.the State upon procuring or obtaining it from outside theiState through, open access, shall pay to the State Government at the prescribed time and iWthe prescribed manner an energy development, ceis at the rate of fifteen paise per unit of total electrical energy consumed by such person during prescribed period:. <HQ 11.71 Fitt; ',..;ts-t n cbtilt71.01Flinch Igvirett, tra rAq th.rt v.th-frd2617.
