(1) This act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Upcharyagriha Tatha Rujopchar Samabandi Sthapnaye (Registrikaran Tatha Anugyapan) Adhiniyam, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of the state of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date and in such means as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different means.
