"(1.) The Committee shall 'consist (a) the Collector of Ujjain District or, if and so long as-the Collector is not eligible Mr membership under-sub-seetion (3), an Additional Collector or a Deputy Collector nominated by the collector ; • :(3)' two officers to be nominated by the Collector, . , (t) .Mayor: of the. Mtmitipal CorPOration, Li"j-jain or a Councillor nominated by him the Principalf:Sanskrit Mahividyalaya, Wjairi; one Pujari to be nominated. by the State Government; two pon-Officials,_ one, of whom, shalL be a perion having a special ImoWiedge. of Hindu religion,. rites and custom relating to the form of worship practised in the Mandir, to be nominated: by the .State Goternment. (2) The Collector or the person nominated under clause (a) of sub-section. (t) shall be the Chairman of the Committee. .. • . , (3).
