(1) Any person aggrieved by an -order passed by the Tahsildar under section 27 ma, within thirty days from the date of the reeeipt a by hint of such order, prefer an:appeal in Writing to the Sub-Divisional s Officer. On sucli,app.eal being:preferred,. therStib-DiviSional Officer may order stay of further proceedings in the, matter. pending- decision:. on the appeal. The. Se-Divisional Officer shall call .for the. records of the case from the Tahaildar aft& after a i;tirig riot-ice in the manner presc±ibedto the appellant and the AdMinistratior and if nee-Su-Ey, after making such further inquiry as he thinks fit, decide the appeal. „ • (4), The .ciecision, of the.
