(1) Any person aggrieved by. an order of the Administrator under sub-seciion (3) of Section 34 or sub-section (I) of Section 35 may prefer an appeal to the Colleetor. (2) An appeal under sub-seciion (I) shall be made within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order' in such manner as may be prescribed by bye-laws. .. • The order passed by the Collector shall be final and shall not be called in question in any Court of law.
