(I) There shall be constituted a fund to be called Mandir-Kosh, which shall be vested Alandir-Kosh. in and be administered by the Committee and shall consist of,— the income derived from the movable and immovable properties of the Mandir; any offering, gift, donation or contribution; and all moneys received under this Act.. (2) The Kosh may be utilized for carrying out all or any of the functions and duties. of the Committee enumerated in Section II : Provided that the Kosh shall .not be utilized for promotion of any religious, educational, cultural or charitable activity not connected with the Mandir save with prior approval of the Commissioner.
