Method of recruitment.-(1) Recruitment to .the boards service shall be by the following methods, namely:- bydirectrecruitmentbycompetitiveexamination. by direct, recruitment by selection. by promotion of members of the service, and by obtaining State Government Servants on, deputation under Section 18. , (2) The number of persons to be recruited .tbrough g airect recruitment and promotion shall not excaed the ' percentage of determined by the board with the previous approval of the State Government.
