Mode of payment from fund.—Payment from the Fund shall be made.— where the amount payable is less than Rs. 250 in cash, and Where the amount payable is more than Rs. 250 by Bank Draft or through Cheques issued by the Welfare Commissioner: Provided that in any particualr case the Board may, for speciel reasons to be recorded, authorise payment in cash in respect of any amount payable by it.
