Definitions. - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- "Administrator" means the Administrator appointed under Section 5; "Appointed day" means the 21st day of April, 1982; "Institute" means the Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (Degree) Vidisha, an Engineering College run and managed by the Maharaja Jiwajirao Education Society, Vidisha; "Society" in relation to the Institute means the Maharaja Jiwajirao Education Society, Vidisha.
