Quorum.-(lJ The quorum for a m eung of the Board or a committee shall be one-third of the members constuutJng the Board or the Committee for the lime being. (2) If at a meeting of lhe Board or a committee th quorum Is not present the presiding auLhorHy shall adjourn lhe m eung lo such time on the foUowtngday or sorn future date as il may fix.
