(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Rajya Uchha Shiksha Parishad Short title, Adhiniyam, 2018. extent and commencement. (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
