(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual state- ment of account in such form as may be presecibed by the State Government in consultation with the Accountant General, Madhya Pradesh. (2) The Account of the Commission shall be audited by the Accountant General at such intervals as may be specified by him and any expenditure in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Commission to the Accountant General. (3) The Accountant General and any person appointed by him in connection with the audit of the accounts Accounts and Audit. Grants by the State Government 14 • of the Commission under this Act shall have the same rights and privileges and authority in connec- tion with such audit as the Accountant General generally has connection with the audit of Govern- ment accounts and, in particular, shall have the right to demand the production of books, accounts, connected vouchers and other documents and pa- pers and to inspect any of the offices of the Commission.
