Every award of compensation by the court under this section shall be in writing signed by the judge and shall specify the amount awarded together with the reasons of award, Every such award shall be deemed 10 be a decree and the statement of grounds of every such award, a judgement within the meaning of clnusc (2} and clause (9) of section 2 respectively of the Code of Civil procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
