(r) Students shall not be eligible for admission to a course of study for a degree or diploma unless they have passed the final examination or 10th examination respectively held under the Madhya Pradesh Madhyamik Shisksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), or an examination recognised in accordance with the provisions of this Section as an equivalent thereto and possess such further qualifications as may be prescribed by the Ordinance. (2) The Vishwavidyalaya may with the previous sanction of the State Government recognise for the purposes of • admission to a course of study for a degree or diploma as equivalent to its own degrees or diplomas and any Degree or diploma conferred by any other University or Board or as equivalent to the final examination held under the Madhya Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), any other Examination and have been enrolled as student of the Vishwavidyalaya. (3) No student shall be admitted to a. course of study leading upto a degree •unless he is enrolled as a student in a college polytechnic Teaching Department or School of Study.
