Section 34

(I) There shall be such other Boards in the Vishwavidyalaya as may be prescribed by B Oa r d to he the Statutes

(I) There shall be such other Boards in the Vishwavidyalaya as may be prescribed by B Oa r d to he the Statutes. comtituted. (2) The Constitution, term powers and duties of the Board constituted under sub-section ( I) shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes. . CHAPTER V—FINANCES 35.(i) The Vishwavidyalaya shall establish a Fund to. be called the Vishwavidyalaya Fund. (2) The following §hall form part of, or be paid into, the Vishwavidyalaya Fund:— any rent contribution or grant by Central or State Government or any body corporate; (b) trusts, bequests, donations, endowments and other grants, if any; the income of the Vishwavidyalaya from all sources including income from fees and charges; all other sums received by the Vishwavidyalaya; %%A wavidyulaya Funds. :es; 566 (68) traBrkki 71-411-4, fetw 11 t3 1998 Objects to which Vishwavidyalaya Fund may be applied. The Vishwavidyalaya Fund shall be kept in any Scheduled Bank as defined in the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (No. 2 of 1934) or invested in securities authorised by the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (No. 1 of 1882), at the discretion of the Executive Council. Nothing in this Section shall, in any way, affect any obligations accepted by or imposed upon the Vishwavidyalya by any declaration of trust executed by or on behalf of the Vishwayidyalaya for the administration of any trust.
