In Section 6 of the Principal Act, after ub-seciion (2), the, following sub-section shall Amendment of be inserted, namely:— Section 6. "(2a) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, any College or Polytechnic or institution imparting education in Hospitality sector, hotel Management and Catering Technology, Travel and Tourism or other degree and diploma level cOurses approved by the All India Council for Technical Education situated within the limits of the area specified under sub-section (1) shall, with effect from such date as may be notified in this behalf by the State Government, be deemed to be associated with 'and admitted to the privileges of ihe Vishwavidyalaya and shall cease to be associated with other University or Board in 'the manner prescribed by. the Statutes or 'regulations.". -P4ach, ifl4chlqol E211 aw1 ntpai, 11,74.7717! r;RI. 1 Tfira axa licnifiIti —2011.
