Effect of other laws.—The provisions of this Act and any rules made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law. COMMENTStc "COMMENTS" The provisions of this Act and any rules made thereunder shall override any other law even if there is any in consistency therein.
