QUALIFYING CRITERIA .—The eligible organisation shall abide by Madhya Pradesh Saha Chikitsiy Parishad Act, 2000 as modified from time to time and the regulations framed thereunder and shall qualify to apply for permission to establish new Saha Chikitsiy Shikshan Sansthan only if the following conditions are fulfilled: (1) that Para Medical Education (Saha Chikitsiy Shikshan Sanstha) is one of the main objective of the applicant. (2) that . . . . plot of land as prescribed by the Madhya Pradesh Saha Chikitsiy Parishad is owned and possessed by the applicant to set-up the proposed Saha Chikitsiy Shikshan Sansthan the live acres of land for degree and diploma & 3 acres for certificate courses. (3) that essentiality certificate regarding the desirability and fesibility of having the proposed Saha Chikitsiy Shikshan Sansthan at. the proposed location has been obtained and that the adequate clinical material is available as per Madhya Pradesh Saha Chikitsiy Parishad requirements has been obtained by the applicant from the respective State Government or the Union Territory Administration or Collector of the district within the State. (4) that consent of Affiliation for the proposed Saha Chikitsiy Shikshan Sansthan has been obtained (> by the applicant from a recognised university for degree and diploma courses. (2) market survey and environmental analysis including national and regional educational policy need and availability of trained paramedical manpower gap analysis, desirability and primafacc fusibility of establishing a new paramedical educational institution at the proposed location. (3) site characteristics and availability of cxilernal link age including lopogrnphy plot size, pcrmissiable floor space index ground coverage, building height, road access, availibility of public transport, electric supply, water-supply, sewage connection,'telephone lines etc. (4) .educational programme including annual intake of students admission criteria and method of admissioin reservation preferential allocation of seals fit* any) department-wise and year wise .r. curriculum of stutics, t e ■ f3)...'..functional programme'including department-wise service-wise functional requirements and area distribution and roonvwise sealing capacity. ..equipment programme including room-wise list of medical scientific and allied equipment 0 ;\. complete with schedule-of quantities and specifications. (7) manpower programme including department wise requirement of teaching staff (full-time) technical administrtive and ancillary staff, category-wise recruitment critcnn and salary structure etc. minimum as per M/P. State Government scale.
