Loans and Advances.—(I) The member of the service shall subject to availability of funds be entitled to— (i) House Huilding advance including advance for purchase of plot for construction of house. (ii) Advance for purchase of Motor Car/Motor Cycle/Scooter/Moped/Bicycle. (iit) Advance- for Medical Treatment. (iv) Tour Advance. ’ (2) The grant of advance stated in items (i) and (ii) of clause (1) and recovery thereof shall be subject to the provisions of Rules 231 to 264 of Madhya Pradesh Financial Code Volume l as amended from time to time and the orders issued by the Government from to lime.
