A k \_ y i k:' V t ti ' ] ii U) Dearness Allowance—The dearness allowances payable tq the Government employees from time to time shall be payable to the officers and servants of the Council. - (2) City Compensatory Allowances—The city compensatory allowance payable to the Government f.v employees from time to time shall be payable to the officers and servant of the Council, V : ‘ ■ (3) House Rent Allowance—The members of the, service shall be entitled to House Rent Allowance r at such rates as are applicable to Government servant of the similar grades.
