Procedure of meeting,-(l) Subject to the proVision of this Act, the procedure of meeting and conduct ofbusiness of a Panchayat shall be such as may be pres('ribed. (2) The chair person of a Panchayat and other members of a Panchayat whether or nol chooses by direct election from territorial constituencies shall have the light to vote In the meeting of the Panchayats. . (3) 31The quorum for a meeting of Zil~ Panchayat and Janpad Panchayatshall be one-third, and for a meeting of Gram Panchayat shall be one-half, of the members constituting the concerned Panchayat for the time being].
