This Notification has been issued by the State Goverriment in exercising the powers, conferred on the State Government under Part "5 11 of Rules of Business. On the basis of the aforesaid, it is clear that the State Government under the Supplementary Instructions No. 13 of Business Uules has conferred the power on the Honble Minister to exercise the revisional jurisdiction under the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam,
