Relative.-The meaning of the term 'relative' in both sections 40(1) and 69(1) in the absence of specific definition, refers refers only to father, mother,.broth~t, si~ter;-husband;wife-, 1-3bn,-ditughter, inother-iii~la-,,;,fatlier- . in-law, sister-in-law, son- in-law and daughter-in-law but does not include uncle-in-law and co-sister of mother-in-law.
