Prohibit against.remova.LQf obliteration notice.-Any per- son who without authoIity in that behalf rlimoves. destroys, defaces or otherwise obliterates any notice exhibited or any sign or mark erected by. or under the order of a Panchayat of any of Its officer shall on conviction be punished with a fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
